Smoke continues his adventure in the wondrous Virtual Reality world of Zectas. The DarkElf is joined by a red werebear named Sierra. Together with his private army, they venture into the heraldic city of Coatl. Where the Maneator King, Konig Mitleid, has given them the quest of liberating his brethren trapped beneath the city.

It's the Smoke and Sierra show. I think that this story was rushed, as there are enough spelling/editing errors to need a proof reading. Whilst Smoke keeps growing, Sierra has stagnated. Also, I believe that Smoke is beginning to rely too heavily upon the skills that he has learnt. An example is reading 2 books whilst dodging monster attacks - not quite believable. As for Sierra, well, get over the sappy emotions and start grinding monsters. Use a brain cell, rather than relying upon NPC skills and think about future events, especially those related to town growth an defensive ideas. Why leave a fortified position to attack Knights, when you have aerial recon available, not a smart move.
Overall, not a bad book, but not as good as the first. It needs a good proof reading and publisher editing it, to turn it from mediocre to excellent.

Awesome story.
Great story
Great book !!! enjoyed reading it....
I can not wait to read the next book. I love the world and characters. Makes you wish you could join in the fun.
will keep up with it to see how the books go
Good pace and strong characters overall it's a great representation of the medium. The books are pretty long considering the price.
The plot loses out a little bit, but not by much. The MC keeps you rooting for him. Even the side characters are developed nicely. The constant reminders that the MC is superior to every one else is actually lacking compared to other similar stories. (LMS/Ark) Sure, there's a lot to imply such to the reader, but such thought's are left to the reader rather than being forced fed. Definitely worth a read for gamer genre fans.
